Title: Sticky Table Header - no cell border

Well here I am again - with yet another issue:

• Table header has no cell border when using sticky (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/position)
• ** FIXED ** VRM row isn't changing from yellow to white on alternating cell ** FIXED **
