Can't say I remember that writer, or commenting on their stuff, or their commenting on mine... but they banned me from even reading it. Ain't she sweet; typical reaction of someone afraid of being called out on their bullshit; pre-emptive ban before we even talk about anything.

That said, viewing it from a different browser via a VPN, the article seems to use a lot of words without actually saying anything. It reeks of someone who can't actually code pissing and moaning about coders, then talking up a bunch of no-code tools typical of that used by quacks, morons, fools, and scam artists.

I have dealt with liveView where a client put in on their website when it REALLY should only be used for standalone crapplets built with things like node.js. It was crushing a threadripper with only about 100 users making requests, because what the client had done had WAY too many realtime client requests... for something that honestly the end users did NOT need shown as a realtime data stream.

I didn't take the time to figure out if that was LiveView's fault or not, as we had two weeks to fix it and I lacked the time for a crash-course in yet another seemingly dead-end solution.
I'll fix every flaw, I'll break every law, I'll tear up the rulebook if that's what it takes. You will see, I will crush this cold machine.
