Anyone know how to fix a corrupted mp4 video

Just my luck my truck camera messed up the video just when i needed it most.  Some guy threatened me on the road and i thought i had it on my truck video.  I want to give the video to LE so they can get his license plate number. 

My truck recorded just before and just after but not during and what a rotten piece of luck.   The video is there but its corruped and wont play.  If i had FFMPEG i could fix it myself but i dont have a ded server or vps so i cant install FFMPEG.   

Does anyone have experience with fixing mp4 videos...
