I find it interesting that, after more than a decade, it still can't be done reliably across browsers. Not that I think it should mind you!
And there's a LOT of really good reasons for that.

The web is an open medium, you don't want users copying your shit what in the blue blazes is it doing online in the first huffing place?

It's like door locks on a car, the best you can hope for is to keep honest people out. Just beware that doing so can also piss off users who want to do things like do a right click search, or use accessibility tools to read it aloud, or that you just broke rocker navigation, or fastQR, or blocked access to cookie management plugins...

And for what? So you can shit on the page with scripttardery for something that will NEVER actually work? I mean one good F12 or "alt-t v" later...

When is the app going to be released?
To save time, let's just assume I am never wrong.

I was hoping for jan 3rd, but with less than 45 days to go and still having to work on permissions, applying config values, chat, video, and pagination, finishing the admin reports section, documentation and a few more things, im really hoping i can meet that date, looks like i wont at this point.  I took two months off earlier this year from burnout, then worked for a month then took another month off from burnout and now back at it again.

I could take a look. Do you have it on Github?

no, i used to along time ago but then someone told me that github itself was a virus and so i took it down.

I can send you the source or i can give you a login on the test site.     The install is done so you can install  it if you have a test domain to use.
