If that can be considered "new".
The problem is drawing in new people. Most of us here are old hands at development, so we don't ask questions, we all answer questions instead.
There are two ways to drive traffic, bring in beginners for the old-hats to guide, or create something (or multiple new things) that require a degree of support or guidance.
Elementals 4 and a second as yet unannounced project are supposed to be those things, but I need to polish off the new sites and content for those first. Sadly both are things
I never meant for this to be a "competitor" to CF or Chump's plans, so much as a forums I planned on having all along. The "death" of the original CF just lit a fire under my arse to put something up.
I've just not had the time to sit down at the workstation to finish up said projects between trying to meet paying client needs, and the fact I've been in and out of supervised medical care on and off for two months... and then spent nearly as much time with a friend going through same.
I know how to actively promote a forums, I just need to sit down and do it. Sadly there are a few places such promotion could work, but I'm persona non grata thanks to such places being a mix between being dens of suckups and sycophants, or worse flat out supporting the dirtbag nube predators peddling their bald faced LIES.
Like the LIE that bootstrap, jQuery, vue, react, etc, etc are actually useful, or better, or whatever other propaganda based BS is being peddled.
