Hey, I'm a 16 years old student interested in all kinds of computers stuff including (actually) efficient programming, retro style programming (squeezing out the last bits of speed!!!) and... Yeah lol
I mainly program in C and C++, but did some x86 assembly before.

Web design definitely isn't my strongest point. 😅
I am not even sure why I'm here and what I'm expecting... But we'll see!

Well, web design is DEFINITELY a different kettle of fish than C or C++. However, no matter what language you are proficient in you can succeed in web design if you FOLLOW THE RULES relating to the language you are using. The C languages have precise rules that you must use to make them work.  If you do not use those rules you can wind up with a mess that NO ONE can fix. Same applies to web design.

Be aware that MOST information about web design does NOT adhere to the rules and therefore is nothing more than a stinking pile of manure. The vast majority of websites are massive train wrecks waiting to happen. Please do not add more garbage to the web.

If you’re starting in web design may I suggest creating a GitHub account, make a repository then create a GitHub web page related to your repository. To help others possibly create a new forum thread detailing the steps involved. I would especially like to learn how to fork your repository.

There are also many free web hosting providers available that I suggest trying and discovering how to use their services to create a simple “Hello world” web page followed by more web pages detailing your hobby or C and C++ code snippets.
